So where do I start, I’m not one to write reviews; I live by the golden rule and generally expect people to do well at their job. No praise or pat on the backs required. Every once in a while, you come across people who set the expectation well above the bar and this needs to be recognized. Nadeem is that once in a blue moon. I am in the process of relocating from the Bay Area to Winchester, for months I used all the real estate apps and emailed potential properties and realtors. Up until that point, it had been the most frustrating part of the moving process. I’d made several trips back to Winchester and as fate would have it, I meet Nadeem 2 days prior to me returning to California. I happened to mention my current frustration with finding the right place; I gave her my card and that was that.. The day before my departure, I had 11 results in my inbox. She took the time to listen to my needs and deliver results within my expectations. Not knowing me from Adam, we spent the day (11am-9pm) in the cold and rain looking at properties, no luck. Nothing quite fit and Nadeem is very honest and her knowledge of the area and her insight on secondary considerations really set her apart.. she sincerely cares and takes the time to get to know you as a person to help get you the right place. We had exhausted all options and I and was slowly coming to terms that I would just have my belongings moved into a storage unit. Nadeem simply would not allow it, she is so resourceful and a true professional she found me the perfect place that had been originally a little outside my search parameters but she made it work. We started the paperwork the next morning just in time for me to catch my flight back to the west coast; since my return, Nadeem has been diligent and such an amazing resource with my new house, she has gone above and beyond in the little headaches that would normally require that I be there. If you are in the market to buy or looking to sell. Please do yourself a favor and talk with Nadeem first. She is quite simply amazing.
